TES 53 Cut Off
TES 53 cut off has been released by the Indian Army. The candidates scoring 60% in PCM (Cumulative) have been shortlisted for SSB Interview. Moreover the candidate should hold CRL Rank above 350000 to get shortlisted. The SSB Interviews will be scheduled at Prayagraj (Allahabad), Bangalore, Bhopal and Jalandhar.
The Technical Entry Scheme is the one of the premier entry for 10+2 Candidates. The Cadets of TES Entry are granted Permanent Commission. The Total training of TES candidates is 4 years. The tentative vacancies of TES 53 is 90. The course will be commencing from July 2025.
Training of TES Candidates :
Total training will be of 4 years. Details are as under:-
(a) Phase-I: Integrated Basic Military Training & Engineering Training at CME, Pune / MCTE, Mhow / MCEME, Secunderabad for three years.
(b) Phase-II: Integrated Basic Military Training & Engineering Training for one year at Indian Military Academy, Dehradun or designated PCTA (Pre Commission Training Academy).
(c) Award of Degree: The candidates will be awarded Engineering degree after successful completion of 04 (four) years training. No ante date seniority will be admissible to candidates on account of this Engineering degree
The Candidates will be put through two stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in Stage I will be returned on the same day. Duration of SSB interview is five days. This will be followed by a medical examination for the candidates who get recommended after Stage II.
Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be issued Joining Letter for training in the order of merit, depending on the number of vacancies available, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.
How To Prepare For SSB Interview:
The number of candidates appearing for SSB in technical entries are more as compared to other entries. Hence the chances of getting screened in diminish drastically. In order to succeed in Stage – 1 of SSB you should score 90% in OIR test and write an extraordinary story along with an exceptional narration.
