Aabha comes from a family deeply connected with the Indian Armed Forces. She is the daughter of Lance Naik Jeet Singh of the Mahar Regiment, who was awarded the Sena Medal posthumously for his bravery. After completing her engineering degree, Aabha received a high-paying job offer from the multinational technology company Oracle with a salary package of around ₹10 lakh per annum. For many young graduates, such an opportunity would be the dream start to a successful corporate career.
However, Aabha chose a different path. Instead of pursuing financial success in the corporate world, she followed her true passion and decided to join the Indian Army. Her decision reflects the deep sense of patriotism and commitment to the values she inherited from her family.
Aabha underwent rigorous military training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Gaya, one of the key training institutions for officers in the Indian Army. The training program is physically demanding and mentally challenging, designed to build leadership, discipline, and combat readiness.
