So, missing term = (101)2 + 1 = 10202.

Follow the pattern.
2 x 3 = 6, 6 x 3 = 18, 18 x 3 = 54

in columns, starting with the top number, add 4 to give the next value down, and add 5 to give the one under that.

The pattern is R+A+E+L = 36, subtract middle alphabet D from the sum.
