2. Be Well Informed and a Good Listener

Your conversation must be interesting and to the liking and interest of the audiences. Always give a considered opinion when interacting and do not be tentative in your replies. Simultaneously, be a keen listener so that you make others feel important and wanted.
Step-3: Be Sensitive and supportive of Other
Treat others with respect and dignity. Give them space and do not be rude or intrusive. When we show interest in others it wins their trust. Be humble and down to earth and encouraging in your attitude. Never belittle or make fun of others that may hurt their feelings.

Step 5: Have a Positive Outlook and Attitude
Your body language and mannerism must exude positivity. Smile warmly, spread good cheer, and enliven others with your presence. Always count on your blessings, look at the glass half full, rather than saying it is half empty. Do not be a person who finds faults in everything around, but be the person who wants to make the change for the better, by being the change.
