Operational Commands of the Indian Armed Forces

In today’s blog, we are going to discuss the various commands of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
I know many among you are preparing for your upcoming SSB’s and this blog will definitely give you some of the answers to the questions that are likely to be asked by the IO.
The IO may ask some questions regarding the different commands of the Armed Forces.
Not only the number of commands but also the command headquarters as well.

Indian Army Commands:
The Indian Army has 7 operational commands the HQ’s of these commands are in different cities of the country.
The commands are headed by an officer of rank Lieutenant General.
