Everyday he’d march out in his uniform to serve our motherland in the best possible way. Mom would stay back and take care of us. That is the kind of family, I’ve grown up in where we celebrate each other victories and stand by one another when it is needed. Thus, it was a dream and passion to step into my dad’s shoes and I’m so glad that it is finally happening.

In the journey to realize my dream, I’ve discovered myself and grown closer and fonder of the person I am.
Please dig your strengths and weaknesses, know them and work on them. Army as they say, is a way of life and thus, so is the drive to become an officer. You need to believe it to become it.
