I am Arush Aggarwal from Ludhiana, Punjab and I got recommended in 1st attempt from 31 SSB Kapurthala.

Since childhood I loved watching films or things related to the army, I was quite passionate about it, though I never had any plans of joining it. But then I came to know about NDA and all the training skills taught there. I found it as an opportunity to achieve that thing which always motivated me.

Since it was time for boards when I appeared for the written exam, it became a bit easy to prepare for it. When the written result came I was very happy to see my roll number in the list. I scored 85% in class 12 which added to the happiness.

Then I started preparing myself mentally for the SSB. When I went for the SSB, I just made sure that I have to be confident enough in everything I do and SSB was amazing and after the conference when my chest number was announced, I was filled with happiness and my parents were really happy for me. All over, it was an amazing experience.
