CDS 2 2019 Result Declared By UPSC [Check Here]

UPSC has announced the result of Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2 Result 2019 at its official website www.upsc.gov.in on  1st Nov 2019. On the basis of the results of the COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (II), 2019 held by the Union Public Service Commission on 08th September 2019, a total of 8120 candidates have qualified for being interviewed by the Service Selection Board. Candidates who have appeared in the CDS 2 2019 Exam can download their results from the link given below.

As per the UPSC 8120 qualified candidates of CDS 2 Exam Result 2019 will have to submit the original certificates in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, NCC and other certificates as per requirements. Candidates should note that all the candidates who have successfully qualified in the written exam are required to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks of announcement of written result.

It is to be noted that the UPSC CDS written exam was held on 8th September 2019. On the basis of the performance in the written exam, a total of 8120 candidates have qualified for the interview round. The successful candidates finally will be  considered for admission to

(i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 149th Course commencing in July, 2020

(ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July, 2020

(iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (208 F(P)) commencing in July, 2020

(iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai 112th SSC Course (NT)(for Men) commencing in October, 2020 and

(v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 26th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in October, 2020.

According to the UPSC CDS 2 Result 2019 notification released by the Commission, the marks-sheet of candidates who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result of OTA (after conducting SSB Interview) and will remain available on the website for a period of 30 days.

Process to check UPSC CDS 2 2019 Result
  1. Visit the official website i.e. www.upsc.gov.in
  2. Click on the result section of the website available on the screen.
  3. A New Window will open with the PDF of the result.
  4. Check your Roll Number in the PDF.
  5. Take Print Out of your result.
